We partner with you to create an integrated roadmap for your organization: everything included in the Grant Strategy plus a customized Impact Strategy designed to lay the groundwork for informed growth.
We understand the unique challenges of measuring impact in outdoor and environmental education settings, allowing us to create frameworks that capture both quantitative and qualitative outcomes of nature-based programming.
We find grant opportunities, consult you through funder outreach, help you brainstorm project implementation, and develop a comprehensive impact measurement framework for your organization. We work with you to create a theory of change that clearly links your activities to outcomes, informs organizational growth, and enables you to demonstrate meaningful impact to funders and to your community.
Any clients who have contracted a Grant Strategy with Juniper can contract an Impact Strategy at a later stage (which is helpful if you need to apply for grant funding in order to budget for Impact services). When you bundle Grant and Impact Strategy, though, we will also develop and submit one grant proposal for your organization at no additional charge. Strategizing both upfront also positions your organization ideally for grant success when we implement that Grant Strategy!

After working together to develop a Grant Strategy, we provide continued support throughout the year for end-to-end Grant Management.
Our team's background in conservation and environmental education helps us craft compelling narratives that resonate with funders who support nature-based initiatives.
When implementing your Grant Strategy, we use a comprehensive approach, customized to your organization's unique needs, that incorporates continued grant prospecting, impact-driven grant proposal development, and follow-up reporting.
If, during our strategy phase, we determine together that your organization would be a good fit for our Impact Strategy, that service can be added during this phase (ideally funded by a grant we win together!)
